FP&A Manager

The Consultancy Group have partnered with an International FMCG business who are looking to recruit a FP&A Manager to join their FP&A team. Reporting into the Head of FP&A, this FP&A Manager role will drive the performance of one of the company’s fastest growing categories through continuous insight and challenge.

Duties include:

• Deliver insight on performance through the bringing together of all internal and external information to help drive the right actions

• Provide continuous insight and challenge whilst overseeing the month end reporting (P&L and Cashflow)

• Prepare the monthly performance review and management teams performance materials

• Provide support to the three-year plan budget and planning process

• Support financial modelling and the building of presentations relating to long term planning

• Extensive ad hoc commercial project work

The successful candidate will be a qualified finance professional with circa. 1–2 years post-qualified experience gained in a large company and commercial environment. They will have a breadth of experience including strong analytical capability and the ability to articulate complex financial data in a simple and compelling way. They will be able to act on their own initiative and have the proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships whilst influencing at all levels of the business.
