Head of Finance – Tech, Data & Digital
We have an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused Head of Finance to support a Tech, Data & Digital function, overseeing approximately €60m of spend across on-site services. This is a high-impact role providing strategic financial insight, driving investment and business case development, and supporting operational and commercial decision-making across the function.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior Tech, Data & Digital stakeholders to provide financial insight and performance visibility
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Lead financial analysis, KPI reporting, and variance analysis to support decision-making and operational efficiency
Develop and challenge robust business cases, including cost, benefit, cash flow, and risk analysis
Drive cost control, benchmarking, and performance improvement initiatives
Own internal cost recovery and recharge governance processes
Support quarterly business reviews and wider finance reporting cycles
Deliver high-quality reporting and analytics aligned to strategic priorities
Promote commercial challenge, continuous improvement, and value creation across the function
About You
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with significant post-qualified experience
Proven ability to analyse complex business scenarios and make commercially sound decisions with limited information
Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Experience operating within a complex FM or outsourced services environment, ideally with exposure to technology or digital services
Commercially driven with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
