Senior Finance Manager - Fintech

The Consultancy Group have partnered with a Global FinTech company, headquartered in London, which is looking to recruit a Senior Finance Manager to work within their Financial Control team. Reporting to the Finance Director, and managing a team, this Senior Finance Manager role will support the business in improving financial reporting across the Group, with full accountability for financial regulatory reporting. Duties include:

• Ownership of all global financial regulatory returns including quarterly reporting and annual forecasts

• Driving improvements in performance of all reporting matters including system improvements

• Partnering with compliance and technology to ensure all business developments are managed with mitigated risk

• Production of statutory accounts to ensure consistency across reporting deliverables

• Managing a team of analysts and managers across multiple locations.

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Finance Professional (most likely ACA / ACCA) with strong financial control experience gained in a Financial Services and regulatory environment. Experience of working in an international business would be highly advantageous, as would experience of working with foreign currencies. They will have a continuous improvement mindset, excellent communication skills and the ability to interact and influence senior management.
